Anyway, I can see why you would not remember Hitmonlee having arms. It is very likely a a very common false memory for quite a few reasons. For one Hitmonlee is known for its legs. They are almost always emphasized in its sprites and official art. Secondly Hitmonlee lacks a mouth and even a head separate from its torso, making it easy to assume it is lacking other common body parts. Lastly the whole 'neckless armless blob creature with long legs' is a common monster body shape. You could easily be confusing Hitmonlee with something like the Fresno Nightcrawlers, Gondola, or the Mc Donalds Frykids.
