I don't care who Ash ends up with but what have these two done that makes their ship the endgame over something like Pokeshipping, Pearlshipping hell even Pallet or Journeyshipping.
Ash and Serena have next to no chemistry. All I've seen them do is compliment each other and Ash is being Ash by helping out and being polite. Like even the art is painfully dull, I mean it's good are but it's as generic as you could get with a ship SFW or NSFW.
Then we have people with their headcanons saying Ash does lover her back he just doesn't know it yet or Ash has always loved Serena he'll go to her when his journey is over..
Again I don't despise the hell out of it but it's the most bland and boring ship you could ever come up with.
It's on the same tier as something like Ben x Kai from omniverse
