They will NEVER re-sell the original GB roms of Red and Green/Blue, because they're NOT going to ever sell an 18's rated Pokémon game (unless they abandon all pretence and make a poképhilia-centric game with actual sex scenes). They took the gambling halls out the games entirely, when the law first came in and it was a 12's rating for games that featured gambling, what makes you think they're EVER going to bother putting them up now? That's what LGPE was for - a Switch version of Red and Green/Blue.
