>>41788021Depends what you are looking for, regardless of Trainer Strength it is worth remembering that Serena is "blessed" with Immortality even though she is probably among the weaker trainers, regardless of if she is the PC or the rival.
Hilda, Rosa and Serena all have age and therefore height/weigh advantage in actual physical strength, though i would say Serena would be girly enough and balk at even trying to fight.
Leaf has the caveat that Red hard-cucks her out of canonity while the others can still have a shrodingers situation where you can still argue the girls are the canon player character.
But assuming PC and capabillity as a battler for convenience sake.
Rosa=Moon=Lyra>Leaf.
HGSS,BW2 and SMUSUM all have the PC beat Red Post-Game, Leaf is equal to Red at best, therefore all of those characters are better then her. The real question after that basically ends up being a competition about box legendaries, and that i whole different kind of discussion. It would be more a discussion of MEGAFUG and Primals VS Giratina VS Enternatus+Zacian/Zamazenta.
Frankly i would put Rosa as the "Best Trainer" in terms of skills between World Tournament and Pokéstar Studios being entirely about esoteric strategies and strange applications with the contenders/alternatives for the top-spot being RSE (not ORAS) May, Lyra and Dawn due them having Frontiers that also use weird ass battle formats, but i say Rosa still edges out cause Rotation and Triple battles, which means she dealt with the most diverse set aside from maybe Serena who has Inverse and Sky battles, but is Serena so that's not really saying a whole lot about her cause XY got cucked.
But it's Leaf cause KANTOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
