If I became Mr. Masuda I would do something new and really experimental with the game. Perhaps make a region based on Mr. Masuda's body so that all the Pokésuperfans can enjoy exploring Mr. Masuda's body along with me. The evil team would be Mr. Masuda's darkest thoughts and the goal would be to purify Mr. Masuda and strengthen his willpower to continue making new games. I especially like this idea because from the shrunken perspective which we would explore Mr. Masuda's body from we could implement "micro-Pokémon" based on the most exciting and so far unexplored region of viruses, bacteria, parasites, cells, and Mr. Masuda's immune system's flora. It would be interesting to see what kinds of Pokémon can be found inside the human body now that we have seen so many outside of it.
