feels like melemele takes even longer to get through in this game, but maybe i just went slower. never actually played usum before. this is far from blind but it's nice to play something slightly new, even if it is just sm with better encounters.
i may have misjudged the amount of pokemon in nu/pu but fuck if im going through the first island again unless completely necessary. to be clear, pre-evos of non-nu/pu mons are allowed as long as they're in those tiers. so crobat is banned but eviolite golbat is a-okay.
