You won't get much if you're looking for extra goodies.
For Go you get Stickers, Hearts for buddies, and Stardust every day you sync your Plus+, and Nightcap Snorlaxes you can catch.
For Sleep, a Nightcap Pikachu appear and gives berries and ingredients like Pokemon on your team, but it is a little amount.
If you spin Pokestops on Go with the Plus+ then Nightcap Pikachu will give extra stuff, but not that much. Picrelated is a level 10 Nightcap Pikachu at Taupe (5%+).
Other than that, it's just a replacement for your phone while you sleep. Also you could activate it when there's maintenance and you could go into the app while it's active without disturbing the session.
I've been using it for about 60 days, so 1 dollar per night seems fine for me.
