just got my third win with this, turns out garganacl is fucking broken. I got body press as an egg move and that meant I was set for the entire rest of the game by level 40 or so with that, iron defense, salt cure and recover. just walls almost everything without any trouble. also had dragalge cuz that was my only shiny at the start and rounded it off with whimsicott to cover ground weakness. that guy actually turned out to be quite good, not only does it stay relevant the entire run, but it's also a stone evolution so if you get one early and pick a mushroom, suddenly you're blasting past everything by level 12 with stab moonblast. caught the haxxorus on a whim and it did nothing until I got the jotho top 4 and for the first time ran into really strong special attackers that could actually blow up garg, so haxx swept with dragon dance outrage. camerupt also a random catch which I kept around in hopes of getting its mega stone, which I didn't
also I learned dark types arent immune to prankster, unplayable game
