I get that its an ebin meme on the internet to come to /v/ and pretend to be retarded on purpose for (you)s, but 4chan used to just be a place where you could chat about niche hobbies with lots of other people that weren't entry level plebs
The best way to combat this is to just assume everyone doesn't understand the rules anymore and calmly explain them, this "lol /v/ is for shitposting there are no rules here" stuff really has gone too far, the new kids genuinely get confused when the mods enforce rules
