Try looking at references and diagrams of shoulder/neck muscles to get an idea of how the head sits on people's shoulders. Also your perspective for the different body parts is all over the place. Start with establishing a horizon and vanishing point to get an idea of what angle the chest/arms/hips need to be at from the viewers perspective.
