I've been trying to figure ou the second, I haven't found any video online to even confirm it's possible, it you could cheese Dawn's Altaria with something like Skill Swap + Magic Guard + Toxic damage buildup + Wide Guard, then it would be doable, but I don't think that combination is attainable early game.
I don't know about the third since I never worked with Python.
I really don't like the level caps too much truth be told, especially considering it's so hard to get points on it, focusing on more than 2 disciplines is near impossible past a certain point and it only works if you completely ditch socializing, which I didn't.
Here's the list. There's a bunch of frenzied Pokemon that seem missable.

To be fair the CPU isn't as bad as something like Duel Links.
