>>45575336I'm a Groundchad but I'm also a sucker for good, intuitive game design. I'm of mind that if a mon isn't touching the ground in it's standard idle, it shouldn't be hit by Ground moves. Likewise mons touching the Ground shouldn't be immune just because of Levitate or typing (like Galarian Zapdos). In that same mold, Gravity and Smack Down and Roost should visibly ground mons and Telekinesis and Magnet Rise should visibly lift them into the air.
Maybe more work on the developer end, but simple and beautifully intuitive from the user end.
Plus it would save all those mons who are stuck with Levitate (for good or ill) as their sole ability.
