Not based off of any region, they're just stray designs I've come up with.
I'm trying to find a way to make this one, Wallopi, decent, but I'm at a loss. I doodled it for an unused typing thread but got attached to the concept. It uses its tail to either strike enemies from afar or to train its forelimbs by hanging it over its head and punching it (probably should have drawn it)
