For whatever reason there are not a lot of great SFW foot pictures of Pokemon characters. Most of the artists with some talent either don't touch the series at all or just draw the main Pokegirl or one that has become popular. If you include NSFW the number probably goes up some, but people aren't going to risk a ban or may actually find those pictures off putting. I fall into the latter camp, don't care for seeing footjobs and nudity usually detracts from a picture for me.
The footfags on 4chan also seem to be a submissive bunch or the submissives are most vocal, that is why I think you're getting a lot of giantess like or demeaning pictures.
