That's my entire point since there's nothing that format does to even give it a reason to exist in the first place. It doesn't mesh everything together and it doesn't follow the latest gen's mechanics either. They just tack it on and lock any discussion about it.
Why shouldn't they just include every mechanic instead of arbitrarily including/excluding shit that fucks up the balance even further? The fact they can't take criticism on an "Anything Goes" format is proof of the root issue in Smogon's community.
