I cope by accepting that the discourse favored the decline and it's out of my hands. Now tarnished, but not completely sullied. There are still remnants and shards of the Pokemon I knew and I still relish discovering a new 'mon. While I may not be able to hope for the treatment the series deserves, I can still enjoy those moments of joy that still remain and interact with the greater community to the best of my ability.
