Venusaur is an early concept left from the original Capsule Monsters (beta Red/Green) which is why it's more monstrous looking instead of being a child-appeal froggy but you can still see it as a cool/badass jungle lord monster if you don't look at it "yada yada it's a frog with a flower XD" only
