The Pokémon name is used worldwide, it's not just a matter of copying the english localization, and latam does have its own pronunciations of Pokémon completely different from the english one so I really don't get what you are trying to say with this. Those are two completely different pronunciations different countries came up with independently and somehow both are fucked up.
