Use Clawitzer to set up, snipe Shaymins, Lysandre/Rope away threats, 2HKO their bench. If anyone wants to drop some knowledge on a better build, feel free to correct me.
If you don't want to use M Latios, base Latios EX can win on the first turn against certain decks thanks to its attack, but the meta's shifted away from that being viable.
Also, the poster you're replying to got a bit overzealous with what he's saying. Trainers Mail isn't a staple, you can cut down on Lysandres or Ns and still be fine, and Expanded is a much, much more punishing format with a more concise meta than Standard.
