if your wondering about Payback well i dont really know to be honest i only put it on there just because of the STAB really that isnt bite
and i know that payback is very situational and pretty much redundant with Dragon dance but its helped me out when gyarados been Paralysed by slowbros or outsped by deoxys S
yes i know i could run stone miss or Ice fang get extra type coverage but i like running payback weirdly enough
