I think Debby can safely know many names of the pokémons belonging to the guild. I can see Linoone telling her on lunch break about Lliam, about the grumpy cook the guild has, etc.
But I'm not sure what he'd divulge on the "human" part though.
I think It's still undecided if the guild completely hides their human identity or not...? Does anyone know?
To be safe, let's suppose Linoone didn't tell her much about the clover guild being mostly composed of "humans from 4chan". However, Debby being Debby, I assume she would suspiciously know more.
