"Eat" might not be the correct word, but it's the best approximation I can think of.Well, I would imagine it would be like a combination of like the sort of pleasant sensation you get sliding into warm water for a bath or something, and the sensation of feeling the sun on your skin after being stuck indoors for a bit, as well as the energy boost you'd get as a human when you had something like a protein bar or something.
In short I would imagine it would feel pretty good, and refreshing.
