This is what the default uniform should have looked like. Spring is this with a long-sleeved shirt, autumn is this with long-sleeves and a sweatervest and winter in this with a vest and blazer on top. Alternatively you can mix and match them, allowing for a vest in summer or no vest and open blazer in winter or whatever.
