Its already immune to Electric, so turning Electric is a downgrade if you're switching it in.
It already resists Fairy, so turning Fairy is a downgrade.
It already resists Psychic so turning Psychic is a sidegrade.
It's naturally neutral to Grass so turning Grass on the switch in is useful.
Also, by far most terrain setters share a type with the terrain they set. Why would you really want two pokemon with the same weaknesses on the field at once?
This whole Pokemon's "competitive" design makes no sense whatsoever. Its like it was designed by five different people who never talked to one another.
