>>54449161I feel like the card is only good if you can devolve at least 2 rare candies on the opponent's side, like Zard + Pidg. Stage 1 decks don't really care since if they already have damage that's because you waste an attack already, essentially spending 2 turns to take 1 prize, not worth it.
