For anyone who doesn't care to watch the 18 min video and would have taken OP's screenshot at face value, below is a tl;dr -
>spends the first two minutes saying how as a compfag, the battling system of previous Pokemon games means so much to him >says he researched online and can't find the *nitty gritty* details regarding the battling system, while Serebii.net is in the background >proceeds to read the Serebii page on how battles work >5 minutes into the video, only then does he explain "so you can sometimes use multiple moves at once, or you get multiple moves used on you", which is obvious to anyone who played the game >complains that it's too unbalanced "I send my Pokemon out and it gets hit by two moves at once!!!! :( " He literally spends 3 whole minutes on this >"the other problem is that you only use Agile or Strong moves when it benefits you"....again this is completely obvious >"it removes all the uncertainty from battles" not really>concludes "they probably didn't add PVP because they couldn't due to the system not working properly" >>49524579 This guy hit the nail on the head.
