+50 Attack would make it at least viable for some casual play. It's never going to be competitive unless it gets a massive overhaul or a mega. Giving it Iron Fist as a HA was the biggest insult it could get.

I have to say I really, really like this one. It's a clever way to buff a complete shitmon, like they did with Pure Power/Thick Club.

How come they don't just buff older pokemon that are fairly shitty (eg. Ledian) by increasing and/or rearranging their stats to a noticeable degree in newer generations? They did it for a few pokemon in gen 6 already, but it was only 10 or so extra points in a single stat, which hasn't made most of them any more useful.
