Team Rocket trio in SM:

As for other Team Rocket members, there was no Rainbow Rocket, but Matori got much more screentime (she was given the Alolan Meowth). During the Necrozma arc she led a detachment of Rocket grunts known as "Matori Matrix", headed by a somewhat amusing fake eyepatch-wearing officer Gozu.
