First of all why are you running leftovers on gliscor? toxic orb + poison heal is much stronger.
secondly you have four pokemon that take up the role as physical / bulky physical attacker which is way too much.
Replacing loom with mega veno and running gliscor as sub toxic poison heal is a good start but your team still has a huge weakness to pokemon such a mega gyarodos setting up on you and you lack the ability to setup yourself which you should consider looking into. I would recommend replacing terrakion with a swords dance bisharp
