>>45303966>>45304102>>45304208Something I only just thought of, the non-stamped one is probably "rarer' because the promo version was probably taken care of better because it was a promo version and was distributed to primarily MtG players, as opposed to being a common that the person opening the box had 15 of from a single box. So just by virtue of being a promo rather than a random common, people were more like to take care of it, so while the total amount of each in existence in 1999 was probably in favor of the regular version, more of the W Stamp version probably survived in good condition until 2020. How many of those are graded is up in the air, because there are far more non-stamped PSA 10s (726 non-stamped vs 334 stamped), but the PSA 9s are about even (494 vs 490 stamped).
