So in the dub when Mewtwo awakens in Dr Fuji's lab most of the scientists background talk is dubbed over by Mewtwo's monologue but in the original version Mewtwo just stares at his hands while the scientists talk about its creation being a big step for humanity and someone mentions making an updated version. I guess an updated version would be one closer to main game Mewtwo here it's just a cold hearted battle machine. Also I kind of like that its more ambiguous in the original whether he killed the scientists to test his power or because he was angry.
