In Amity Square, they give limited camera control. You can tilt it up and down a little bit, and you can zoom in. When you zoom in at just the right angle and start running, you can clearly see Dawn's panties. As you can see, the scarf obstructs it a little bit, so maybe different dresses will yield better results.
