Originally from Hoenn, but moved as soon as he was old enough to as he didn't like the heat and wasn't a fan of water. This also translates to his taste in Pokemon, besides his Walrein, who he trusts with his life.
Man of honor but only when it suits him. Loyal as all fuck though, a man of his word. A master drummer too because you can never have enough self-insert with your characteristics amplified.
