Muk and Chandelure get away with it because their entire anatomy is drawing consistently while Garbodor is a pile f trash with a face drawn on it. Even the Hedorah pic you posted showsmore effort because you can see some abnormal anatomy that's interesting to look at. As I said, if there was more effort put into the faces of pokemon like Garbodor instead of just drawing 2d googly eyes on a real-world object, I'm sure not as many people with have a problem with them.
