But first, a related story of heartbreak.
So it's MCM Expo 2010 (basically London's comicon) and my first convention, as well as cosplay. I had people left and right recognising my outfit which really surprised me seeing as the series is currently Japan exclusive and my cosplay was of Taiki's second outfit, which was almost new.
Me and my friend I was with decide to sit down and have a little lunch, so we do, then I get a text from my friend saying she's just around the corner, so we go and see her. I sit down and suddenly I feel something odd. I didn't sit on anything. I pat the side of my shorts.
My Xros Loader.
I had an imported Xros Loader toy from Japan with freaking case, it was a clip on so I figured it must have just fell off my shorts (the one time I wasnt holding onto it for safety)
So I look all over the con hall, retracing my steps and such, but I never think to go back to that cafe I first sat down in.
It was only a year later I realise where it was.
So much heartache on that day, I'm still hardly over it. I had so much progress on that toy.
