Its sorta like Dugtrio, where the presence of Arena Trap influences your opponents plays, since no one wants to hit you with a physical attack, you could bring it in on a physical attacker who has to switch out fearing Shell Trap and use Will-o-Wisp, Draco Meteor or another fire stab according to the mon who will most likely switch in based on the opponents team. Also has a good typing.
