I have just started playing Hell, but from what I've read in the doc the only difference between them is that Heaven keeps the original Sky dialogue while Hell changes the dialogue to add "dark humor".
If this start is anything to go by, this "dark humor" will have lots of cringe and a buttload of typos and grammar mistakes.
