this is something pokken tournament understood. it didn't have some autistic, slavish devotion to concept art. if fudging proportions somewhat resulted in a design that looked more dynamic and mobile, it would fudge the proportions.
obviously this can go too far and leave you with the gangly pokken tournament blastoise, but no one is arguing for thatpic related has been handily labeled for you. which of the two looks more like the speedy killer weavile is intended to be?
