Also, the impression I got from him is that he saw everyone on /vp/ as misguided and in need of re-education. He didn't argue so much as he sat people down and scolded them like a stern parent.
One time he mentioned his real-life friends call him the "pokemon master" or something similar, which made me feel a little bad for him. He probably does the same sort of thing IRL and people play along and humor him.
