>>36579286Overlooked card desu. It is crippling against decks that don't have a decent non-basic. But you are going to come across at least a few that do in which case you need a back-up plan. And because this is a Stage 2 and there are no low-cost [G] basics that can hit, all those extra slots get used on some other line like Leafeon-GX. That doesn't hit hard either, but the healing is good for the Shrine meta, you can get Plume out quicker, plus you get access to Hala-draw. A few extra ropes and switches allows you maximise healing and get the right attacker out as you need.
Its still not great, but best use I've found for it.
