Not much to report on this stretch which was expected. I was very worried about accidentally breaking the level cap due to having only 5 Pokemon and this being a long stretch, but that didn't come to pass. Realizing how underhwelming pre-good rod Goldeen is in RSE.
Haven't fought Flannery yet, but Maxie was almost another certified Sprite Sweep. Turns out not having any Atk means you don't really care about Intimidate and Bubblebeam Mightyana away. Zubat was check the same way, despite a supersonic, but for that reason I was too scared to stay in on Camerupt. Canada Dry took care of things from there though. Tomorrow should be Flannery, Norman, and some new teammates bar any Tortoise and Monkey shenanigans.

Losing a Geodude sucks in Johto, but I love the imagery of D'Lease easily swatting away Falkner's Pidgeotto.
