I'm finally starting some progress on my side project. Not a lot of progress due to work and other commitments but I was hoping to have like a really short demo to showcase this game weeks ago. Anyways I've been working on this slowly since the other project I was working was put on hold due to waiting for porting of the tools I was using. It was basically a crpg style game with ultima like graphics. Since I've got a Pokemon itch I decided to work on this while I wait, which I thought it could be neat to do something like this, or at least to pass the time.
So basically it works like your average crpg, you pick a "race" and your background which gives you bonus to your stats. For sure it's going to be limited since this is meant as a short side project but I haven't for sure picked which ones except the Pikachu line.
Anyways I guess I just wanted to post something. My mapping sucks but hopefully I can improve over time.
