Okay, the leader has a complex that involve overpopulation in the future. Okay. Thats actually a great idea. Its one of the biggest problems in our world. He also fears that the gap of rich and poor gets bigger everyday. Kinda. I dunno anymore.
That are actually good motives.
That he wants to kill everybody seems logically too.
If you think about it, whats the first thing that gets in your mind if you would want to get rid of overpopulation ?
Killing everybody.
Now, let him hold on to that. But instead of killing everybody, let him just create an Utopia with the power he got from pokemans.
