Greninja actually maintains its frog-like proportions and features.
Chesnaught and Delphox/Braixen abandon their original body-types to become more human-like. Chesnaught gains longer legs to resemble and move like a human. If it was less humanoid, its body type would probably be something like Typhlosion's(similar to Chespin).
Fennekin's change is, of course, the most obvious and drastic because it didn't start out as a bipedal animal, and its limbs become more human-like and function like a human's.
