>>56875058The issue isn't that Misty is OP, it's that it feels bullshit. These are two functionally different things. Something can be weak but be far more annoying to play against.
Moltres EX has more consistency than Misty, but Moltres EX is also a start of game EX card that can't do damage until it has three energies and it can't accelerate its own energy and has a Retreat cost of 2. When you play it early you're locked into it for two turns minimum and 3 if you want it to do anything itself, all while your opponent has also been building their own resources. All the other energy engines in the game are designed like this where they have a fairly strict pace dictated by evolution or some other paced element.
Misty on the other hand has zero cost beyond your Supporter use for that turn and she may have a 50% chance of doing nothing but it also has a 50% chance of just being instant energy economy advantage for doing nothing, and a chance to just go ham and be INSANE energy econ advantage too.
Misty is not overpowered, but she IS obnoxious.
