I've encountered it so many times that it has probably used Hypnosis more than 20 times against me and it has never missed. Those two Pokemon were the only reasons why I carried Metagross with me since it could 2HKO Aerodactyl and 4HKO Crobat with Bullet Punch while taking minimal damage from both. Bulky priority user is absolutely mandatory if you want to win against those fuckers.
