Like assigning IV values and natures to different people and trying to breed for ideal babies. We could have adamant humans to build buildings fight wars etc and modest ones to be scientists and such. Just sounds like a good idea and I don't think it's been considered even though it seems kinda obvious.
Albinos could be shinies etc (kept as trophies for rich people or used as butlers and stuff, I do that with my shinies in game as HM servants), while different races could be good for breeding 'egg moves', or 'culture' as we know it. For example a dark race would be good at teaching thieving, japs would be good at math, americans would be a good at eating etc. Thoughts?
