Obviously Sans of course but it might be a harder fight for him since Karmic Retribution requires evil to work, Lucario as an Aura dog would be pretty pure but not immune.
Would say Sans vs Zoroark but..... it'd be like out Fist of the North Star, teleporting behind her, telling her shes already dead before tapping her with a bone and making her head explode like a zit because shes Dark type
