It is simply ridiculous that they didn't manage to solve this traffic problem. They actually said: "Yeah, fuck that: we can't even assure a stupid internet service, but hey! People keep complaining about the delay, so let's just feed those bastards with a non-wholly functional piece of garbage. Please Understand."
I can't get it, really.
