It is phrased so people that were against the tools are supposed to vote for none, regardless of how much they opposed them.
"If at all" implies the whole question was asked when the "tools even being there" issue was still in the air, and it in itself started a shitstorm.
Still, we are slowly getting to the point where we start working them in, and imo, we should have a poll with level-headed opinions. It's not like we aren't reconfirming everything already.
